We wanted to try a new place while trying to avoid the rain. No sign or information for sit down in order to receive service so went to front counter to order, person at front immediately gave us attitude by simply wanting to order even when the restaurant wasn’t even busy nor corrected us that we had to sit down to be served. And once we found a place to sit down and wait for our food, she made her coworker not give us any menus in case we wanted more food. When asking about menu options they provided no help and when our food arrived it came out barely cooked with pink being visible and beyond cold so premade, would not recommend and highly avoid if you see it while walking.

【Cashier Took My Phone Behind Counter❗️Security Risk】 Went to pay for my meal at this restaurant and attempted to use Apple Pay, as the establishment accepts contactless payments. When I was looking for the tap-to-pay terminal, which is typically placed within the customer’s reach at the register, the cashier aggressively insisted that I hand over my phone to them. My phone was then taken behind the counter, out of my sight, for an extended period of time before being returned. I have no way of knowing what was done with my device while it was in their possession. Given how common credit card fraud and identity theft are in the US, businesses should avoid creating unnecessary suspicion or security risks by keeping customers’ payment devices in plain view at all times. This was highly unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely avoidable. I will not be returning and would caution others about this unsafe and disrespectful payment process.

Wow, wow, wow! Now THIS is a place you’re gonna want to eat at! My fiancé has a sesame and a peanut allergy and we were having a hard time finding a place to eat in Chinatown. We spotted their roasted duck in the window and started to drool. Asked if it was allergen free, and it was! We also got a side of rice and a complimentary pot of tea that never got overly bitter. When the duck came out… the fat was liquid gold!!! And the duck was chock full of it! Not to mention the skin was so delicious, and the seasoning was so good we didn’t need to use any sauce. If you don’t have a sesame allergy, a worker there recommended to try their sesame sauce to dip the duck in. That’s another point: the workers. The workers were friendly and made sure we had allergen free food and they keep the restaurant nice and clean. I would highly recommend you try this place!

The duck bun was fantastic ended up ordering two. The sticky rice was just ok. The soup was very flavorful and the pork buns were good also. Service was pretty good, we arrived during lunch time and it was pretty full. I would come back for the steam buns and the duck for sure . Oh and the mango pudding was yummy my preference was without the milk

Delicious food for a good price! I'm surprised at how much our bill was because we were a pretty decent-sized group and our bill was still not that bad. They have a good amount of selection from the menu and we did order a few different things. My favorites were the roasted pork belly and BBQ pork belly as they were very delicious. Just know that they don't have fountain drinks and their sodas are in cans so just a little heads up if you do dine-in. Will definitely give the other things listed in the menu a try when I come back again as they all just sound very good!
